Great list! Does To Sir with Love by Lauren Layne have anything to do with the film or the song?
No, it doesn’t. But it’s good in it’s own way.
Sadly, I haven’t read any of those authors, but the books look fun.
Thank you Kami. There are so many books out there and so many authors!
I have When the Crawdads Sing in my tbr. She’s one I hope to discover in 2022.
I hope you love it as much as I did.
Such a great list! Many of these are in my tbr! I was thinking reading eight perfect hours but by then, Christmas was long gone, so I’ve decided to push this to read this year’s December. 😄
Eight Perfect Hours was so good. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it..
I love both Helen Hoang and Roni Loren! Fun that they made your list. 🙂
Thank you Lark!
I highly recommend Lia Louis’s Dear Emmie Blue if you haven’t read it. It was my first by Lia Louis and I loved it. I haven’t read anything by the other authors you mention but I have a few of them on my TBR pile. Thank you for sharing!
I will check out Dear Emmie Blue for sure, I’ve heard so much about it.
Nice list! I loved TWEET CUTE, but I haven’t read anything else by Lord. I need to. EIGHT PERFECT HOURS is one I meant to read last year and never got around to. I plan to remedy that this year. Julie Murphy is an author I’ve been meaning to try as well. I’m glad you found some new authors to love in 2021!
Happy TTT (on a Wednesday)!

Thank you Susan. I think you’d like Eight Perfect Hours.
I’ve loved Lauren Layne since 2015! Her books are some of my top favorites!
She’s so good, I’ve now read 2 of her books and just love her writing style.
First Love, Take Two sure sounds good.

I loved Life’s Too Short and The Heart Principle!
Thank you! Yes, I sure loved them both too.
There were so many new authors to me last year. I think it was probably the first year where I read more new authors than sticking to my established favourites. A Great list.
Thank you Janette!
I haven’t read any of these authors yet, but they do look good 😊 I still need to read eight perfect hours 💕
Thank you Jenny!
Several of these authors were new to me too in 2021. I’ve fallen in love with Lia Louis and Abby Jimenez and have read other books written by them and highly recommend those too Wendy! Thanks for sharing!
Yes, I know I want to read Abby Jimenez’s backlist, but I didn’t realize Lia Louis has one too!
I absolutely adore Abby Jimenez. So many great books and authors in this list 😍
