  1. The only author I’ve read on this list is Deanna Raybourn and I love her books. I’m currently listening to Killers of a Certain Age and am enjoying it. Most of the other authors you listed are on my TBR!

  2. I am yet to read all these authors though I have been wanting to read Lessons in Chemistry and Nita Prose’s The Maid for some time.. and Eva Heart’s book cover is so very cool

  3. Jo

I’ve not read any of these, but Killers of A Certain Age is one I want to get to this year, so I’m glad to see you enjoyed it.

  4. Most of these I haven’t read. I started listening to the Julia Whelan one, but I’m not sure I’m enjoying it. I like her as a narrator, but the story is kind of eh for me. I do love Elle Kennedy, but have only read some of her novellas I think!

  5. It always feels amazing how many similar books we read and we both enjoy them. Great list! Nan Fischer is also on my new author list.

  6. I really enjoyed The Maid and am looking forward to reading Killers of a Certain Age and Lessons in Chemistry. Great list, Wendy🙂

  7. Great list Wendy. I have read 5 of these authors and enjoyed them. That means I have 5 others to check out. I hope my TBR doesn’t grow too much today.

  8. I don’t know how I forgot Nita Prose on my list! I really enjoyed The Maid. I didn’t read anything by Raybourn this year, but I do love her books. I hope you enjoy many new-to-you authors this year too!

  9. Killers of a Certain Age is in my queue. Someone in my book club mentioned Lessons in Chemistry at our last meeting. There are so many good authors and books!

    • I loved both those books, but Lessons in Chemistry was my favorite. My sisters book club just read it and they all loved it too.

  10. I love Deanna Raybourn’s Veronica Speedwell mysteries. I’m looking forward to reading Killers of a Certain Age. The other authors here aren’t familiar to me, but I’m glad you found plenty of new authors to enjoy!

    • I just saw the third book in the series on NetGalley, The Summer Girl, it’s coming out in July. I requested it, but I haven’t been approved yet. We’ll see!

  11. Hooray for discovering new authors! Carley Fortune and Nita Prose were both new to me as well! Thanks for sharing your answers for this tag Wendy!

I found so many new authors last year thanks to reading people’s blogs. I really enjoyed Killers of a Certain Age and the Maid.
