Top Ten Tuesday was created by The Broke and the Bookish and is now hosted by That Artsy Reader Girl. It was born of a love of lists, a love of books, and a desire to bring bookish friends together. Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want. Everyone is welcome to join but please link back to The Artsy Reader Girl in your own Top Ten Tuesday post.

  1. We have so many in common! I read The Bodyguard at the end of last year and it was my favorite read of the year. Every Summer After, Something Wilder, and Carrie Soto will probably be among my favorites for this year, as well. Love on the Brain and Addicted to You are on my tbr. 🙂

  2. Great list, Wendy. I have read five of these and agree, they were among my top books as well. There are another four that are on my TBR, so now I am even more eager to get to them.

  3. I want to read so many of these books! Love on the Brain and Carrie Soto is Back have arrived in the post, but they are my christmas presents so they will be next years reads. I also desperately want to read The Bodyguard and Lessons in Chemistry. The Bodyguard is ludicrously expensive and not available at the library, which is upsetting.

    Have a great week!

  4. I haven’t read any of these by sounds like you’ve had a great year of reading so far! My favourite books has been If This Gets Out by Cale Dietrich and Sophie Gonzales, but I’ve also loved A Room With A View and a lesser known classic called Maman What Are We Called Now? by Jaqueline Mensil-Amar.
Happy reading and thank you for always taking the time to stop by my blog, it means so much.

  7. So many of your books are on my TBR and I am yet to get to them. Seeing them on your fav reads of the year makes me want to get to them sooner than I planned…

  8. I’m glad you liked Out of the Clear Blue Sky so much. I’ve heard a lot of good things about it.

    Thanks for stopping by earlier.

  9. I want to read more Taylor Jenkins Reid. I really liked Maybe In Another Life and everythnig she puts out seems to be so unique.

  10. I read and loved Something Wilder and The Bodyguard this year, too. And I can’t wait to read Love on the Brain. I suspect it’s going to be a favorite of mine this year as well. 😀

  11. Great list, Wendy! I would also put Every Summer After on my top books of 2022 so far. I’m excited to read Love on the Brain this month and I’m enjoying Some of it was Real. 😀

  12. What a great list! I’ve read several off of this list Wendy and I couldn’t agree more about how wonderful they were! Thanks for sharing.

  13. Lessons in Chemistry was one of my top reads for the year, too! Several of your other picks are on my TBR as well so this makes me excited to pick them up (The No Show, Love on the Brain, Something Wilder).

  14. Is that a lamb or a goat on the cover of Part of your World?? Now I’m seriously intrigued. And that only from a cover….

Lessons in Chemistry is a huge favorite of mine as well this year and the rest I haven’t read yet. But still want to most of them!

    Happy TTT Wendy!
