Each week a new theme is suggested for bloggers to participate in. Create your own Top Ten list that fits that topic – putting your unique spin on it if you want. Today’s Top 10: Most Anticipated Books Releasing In the Second Half of 2022
Since I just did my TBR for Summer last week, and I didn’t want to repeat a bunch of books, most of these books are for Fall and Winter 2022.
- Bad Girl Reputation by Elle Kennedy
2. Just Like Magic by Sarah Hogle.
3. Mad Honey by Jodi Picoult and Jennifer Finney Boylan
4. Home Sweet Christmas by Susan Mallery
5. Before I Do by Sophie Cousens
6. It Starts With Us by Colleen Hoover
7. Ship Wrecked by Olivia Dade
8. The Man I Never Met by Elle Cook
9. Well Traveled by Jen DeLuca
10. The Key to My Heart by Lia Louis.
Which books are you looking forward to in the last half of 2022? Comment below!
I haven’t come across any of these but they all look intriguing! I’ve enjoyed the books by Susan Mallery that I’ve read in the past so that one is automatically going on my list and now I need to go look up the others.
I love the tagline “every ending has a beginning.” ❤
I’m looking forward to the Oracle of Maracoor. It’s the second book in a The Wicked Years spin-off series. 😊
I have a couple Christmas themed books on my list too!
Lauren
Christmas will be here before we know it!
Great selection! I’m especially excited about It Starts With Us and Ship Wrecked.
Me too, Yvonne. It Starts With Us especially.
Oh, Before I Do! That one could have made my list, as well! I’m loving all the holiday ones, too. I’m just not ready to think about Christmas yet. Haha!
I hope you enjoy these! I can’t wait for Well Traveled.
The only one I have on my list is Well Traveled. I have a lot more urban fantasy and scifi and mystery in my top ones. Ilona Andrews, Patricia Briggs, Faith Hunter, William Kent Krueger, Allen Eskens, Nalini Singh, Robert Dugoni. Oh and Ali Hazelwood. August 23 is jam packed with releases.
It Starts With Us is one of my most highly anticipated books on the year. Ever since It Ends With Us I have hoped for more of Atlas’s story. I have such high hopes for that one!
I love all the romance. 🙂 I need to look up a couple of these.
So many adorable covers, and I’m always up for a book set during Christmas. Happy Reading, Wendy!
I like the cover of It Starts with Us. Enjoy them!
These all look SO good! You have lots of amazing reads to look forward to!
Thank you for sharing your list. Happy reading!
I hope you enjoy all of these Wendy!
That HOME SWEET CHRISTMAS cover is adorable. I love it! I hope you enjoy all these.
Happy TTT!

It is such an adorable cover!
You are encouraging me to get on NetGalley with my new wish list based on this list. I must resist. 😂
You do the same to me :). It’s only fair!
Touché 😂🤣😂
I read your review of The Dress of Violet Taffeta and have added it to my TBR – Thanks for the visit…..
Thank you for visiting me too!
I love your list. These books look really good. I hope you enjoy them all. 😀
Thank you, Jenni!
I hope you enjoy reading all of these when you get the opportunity.
Thank you, Pam
Mad Honey was on my list this week too!

I’m very excited for Mad Honey!
So many fun covers! I hope you enjoy these when/if you get a chance to read them!
Thank you, Cindy!
I am looking forward to It Starts With Us and Home Sweet Christmas
Me too!
I am still putting together my list, but four of these are one it. I like the looks of these. Enjoy them all, Wendy.
I hope you enjoy yours too!
Nice mix, Wendy. I’m a sucker for Christmas themed books so I’ll look out for Susan Mallery’s book.
It does look really good! Susan Mallery is so good at Christmas books.
What a great list Wendy! I see several here that are on my reading list for the rest of 2022 as well. I have not seen as many holiday reads for 2022 this year when compared to 2020 and 2021. Enjoy all of these!
I agree! I had many holiday books on my TBR by this time last year. I wonder why?
Great list Wendy. Home Sweet Christmas looks very good. I am yet to try anything by Hoover and Picoult.
Hoover and Picoult both write very emotional books.
Looks like lots of great reads coming up this autumn 💕
I know!! So many books, so little time!
So excited for Well Traveled! I requested an ARC but suspect I’ll get a no on it lol.
I doubt I’ll get an ARC either! But, I’ll buy it when it comes out.
Awesome picks Wendy!📚🤗💕
Thank you, Susan.
What a great list of books! I love the sound of Just Like Magic, Mad Honey, Home Sweet Christmas, and The Key to My Heart. Thank you for sharing and for the great recommendations! I know it’s summer but I’m super excited for fall and winter!
Thank you!
I’m not really a seasonal reader per se but I do like books that reflect the season occasionally. Especially in the fall and winter. These look like a nice mix for those seasons! 🙂
Thank you, Greg!
Ship Wrecked and Well Traveled are two I’m really looking forward to reading, too! 😀
I hope we both enjoy them!
You find so many cheerful looking stories! May you enjoy them all.

Thank you, Lydia. I think we all read for different reasons, and I like to be cheered up and feel optimistic. Others like to be scared, and others like to figure out mysteries. And some like a bit of everything.
We both have Well Traveled on our list today. I also want to read Hoover’s book. I already got to read Kennedy’s and you’re in for a good one there.
Oh, that’s great. I’m really looking forward to her book.
I was so close to adding Just Like Magic, I really loved the author’s previous books. And Ship Wrecked looks good to me.
Thank you!
