What I’ve been up to?

I’ve had a busy week getting ready for the holidays and getting a lot of reading done!

Last week I read:

I still had a really good reading week. These were all good, but Owner of a Lonely Heart was amazing!! I just loved it, I hadn’t seen any reviews for it yet, so I didn’t know what to expect. A Love By Design was also excellent, and the best book in the series so far IMO. Every other book was very good as well. No duds this week!

Next week I hope to get to:

What I’ve Been Watching

  1. Wow, you sure did get a lot read the week before Christmas, I did as well. I wonder if I can find that interview with Vladimir Zalensky, it is something I would like to watch. I hope you had a wonderful Christmas, Wendy.

  2. Janette

I haven’t read any of these but Owner of a lonely heart has a gorgeous cover. The only problem is that now I have the song running through my head!!! Have a great week this week Wendy.

  3. I haven’t heard of Owner of a Lonely Heart but it does sound good. I love that cover! I hope you are having a good week and are able to fit in some reading time. I know it’s a busy time! Take care and Happy Holidays!

  4. I’m scrambling to get caught up for Christmas. I’m doing pretty good in some ways but it’s crazy to think that Christmas is in a week! I’m starting The Back Up plan soon and really looking forward to it. I hope you have a wonderful week.

  5. I have A Love by Design too so I’m happy to hear you think it’s the best in the series so far. I loved the last two books. I’ll have to look up Owner of a Lonely Heart. I had a busy week as well. Hope we both get some rest this next week! 🙂

  6. These all sounds like wonderful reads Wendy! I have The Forever Family which I will get to in the next few weeks. Have a great week ahead!

  7. I picked up Val McDermid’s A Christmas Murder to read in the run up to Christmas and Marcus Sedgewick’s The Book of Dead Days to read between Christmas and New Year. I’m finally getting back into reading again.

  8. Glad you had good reads this past week! I’m looking forward to hopefully having some of those over Christmas break too. The one you said was really good looks good, A Love By Design. And some of the books you’ve got coming up look good as well. Hope you have a good week!

  9. You had an awesome week of reading Wendy! I’ve been waiting for approval of Owner of a Lonely Heart! I hope you have an awesome Sunday and a happy week of reading!🤗📚☕🎄💜

  10. It’s amazing that you’ve read so many great books recently! I’m hoping to get into some Christmas stories in the next week, including Letters From Father Christmas by Tolkien and Christmas Days by Jeanette Winterson. In the last week I’ve been rehearsing for my school Christmas Concert and performing it (four times!), which definitely put me in the festive spirit but was also exhausting and I am maybe a little bit sick of those songs now! Hope you have a wonderful Christmas, and just thank you so much for your support on my blog over the last year. Every comment from you makes me smile and I’m sorry that I don’t always repay the favour! Have a lovely rest of your day!
