What I’ve been up to?

I had a great time earlier this week in Sedona. We did some hiking, some eating and some relaxing. It was cloudy, but it didn’t rain, and the weather was perfect for hiking, cool, and not too hot.

Last week I read:

I still had a pretty good reading week. My favorites were Back in a Spell and Something Old, Something New. I was a bit let down with The Rom-Com Agenda, the characters, while likable, just didn’t seem well matched.

I’m enjoying the Bridgerton series. I’ve heard they are going to use book four for the next Netflix season and skip book 3. I’ve now read the first four books, so I’m ready for the next season to start.

Next week I hope to get to:

What I’ve Been Watching

I’ve been watching Harry and Meghan on Netflix and like it so far. He’s so much more like his mother than his father IMO.

I love these pictures, looks like a beautiful place to hike.

Your books look good to me, especially the Romcom Agenda. Have a great week and happy reading!

  2. I am glad you had a nice time in Sedona. I love the photos you shared. I’ve heard good things about the Harry and Meghan documentary. I haven’t decided yet if I am going to watch it. I really feel for them–they really get hung in the press. I hope you have a great week and enjoy your reading!

  3. Sedona is absolutely stunning. It’s high up on my list of places to visit. I’ve got The Backup Plan coming up on my TBR and am so looking forward to it. I hope you have a wonderful week!

  4. I would love to visit Sedona one day.. looks beautiful.
I haven’t read any of these but there are a few that are on my TBR.

  5. Ooh, I’m just a little jealous of your hike.

The daily high is now below freezing most days here in Toronto, and we’ve been getting snow and some freezing rain, too.

May you enjoy more outdoor time in the future if you wish! 🙂

  6. You had a HUGE reading week full of romances. This morning an Advent devotional was in my inbox. There was an anecdote about the author and his band going out of their way as they returned home to visit both the Grand Canyon and Sedona. They loved both adventures, and the point was to look at the Nativity story with fresh eyes with the same awe that he saw these two places for the first time. Your pictures of Sedona are lovely. I definitely need to visit there.

  7. Always love your pictures! I would love to go hiking there. Sad to hear that the Rom-Com Agenda wasn’t perfect, I’m hoping to read that one. I did read and enjoy the Meghan Quinn one though. I have only read the first Bridgerton. I bought the second one, but then when I didn’t like that season as much as the first I didn’t read it. I am excited a little that they’re skipping to the 4th book because I love Colin and Pen and can’t wait for their story! Have a great week!

Your hiking photos look gorgeous. Winter has arrived in the UK and it’s really cold. We woke to snow yesterday morning which was a real shock. A pity that the Rom Com Agenda was a bit of a let down. Hopefully next week’s reads will make up for it.

  9. I’m glad to hear you’re enjoying Harry and Meghan Wendy! I need to watch the first episode too. A Guide to Just Being Friends and The Forever Family are both on my TBR. Sedona looks lovely! Have a wonderful week ahead Wendy!
