  1. They say snow here but I’m not seeing it, only rain. And so windy. I’m looking forward to seeing your most anticipated for 2022 this week. It’s difficult because you don’t always know what is going to be released.

    • My son goes back to school next week and my daughter is doing online school from home. My son lives across town, so we see him a couple of times a week anyway.

  2. Only a couple of inches? Lol. Here in the piedmont area of NC that would have meant everything shut completely down for as long as it took the snow to melt. And, I’m not exaggerating.

Glad you had some quality time with your kids. I had both of mine home for three weeks, and was so sad to see my oldest daughter go back to her apartment, job, and well, life yesterday. I still get the youngest for another week though.

    Happy New Year, Wendy!

  3. I am glad you had a good week, Wendy. I really want to read Not the Witch You Wed. I love that cover. I hope you enjoy your upcoming reads. Have a great week!

    • I’m glad it wasn’t much snow. We had a lot in the mountains, so that was good for us as it keeps the forests moist through the spring.

  4. I am very organized but not organized enough to know what posts I will be posting this week. Hopefully, someday I will actually get a little bit ahead and will be able to plan like that 😉 I am glad you had family time and I am SO jealous you had snow. We’ve had 70’s and lots of rain. I want winter, I am over this summerish stuff. I am looking forward to reading Meet me in the Margins soonish!

    • Thank you Cindy. I’m going to Phoenix tomorrow to get out of the cold! I like that I can drive and within an hour I’m someplace warmer! I don’t know how I stay organized, but I like to write my posts 3 -4 weeks ahead of time and just update them the day prior.

  5. Glad to hear you had a nice week with family. It rained cats and dogs in Southern California and it snowed a crazy amount in the mountains. We needed all the rain and snow so I’m happy for it but the traffic! It’s nice to stay home which is what I’m doing for the next two weeks.

    • I was supposed to meet up with my sister in So. Cal this past week, but health issues kept me home. I think we would have drowned in all that rain! I know how much you all need the rain, so I’m glad you got so much.

  6. Glad to hear you’re week went well; looks like some lovely books on your current list. The Bright Side Running Club looks very nice.

  7. Really glad that you had a better week this week. I’m looking forward to reading your review of Daughter of the Moon Goddess.
