What I’m Up To:
I had another quiet week. We’re going to Las Vegas for Thanksgiving week where we’ll meet up with my sister and brother-in-law. We are probably the most boring Las Vegas tourists ever, as we don’t gamble or go out drinking. We used to live there, so we visit friends and go out to eat a lot. 🙂

I love the cover for The Siren of Sussex. 📘✨
I hope you had a wonderful Thanksgiving! 🥧
Thank you, it was a pretty fun book too!
I hope you have fun in Vegas. We’ve been there once but we are the boring tourists as well. We saw one show which was great, ate out. There are some amazing restaurants. But it was cigarette smoking everywhere. UGH. I always wonder if it is any better now. We also managed to get sunburned the last day at the hotel pool. We try to stay home on holidays and travel only at off-off times these days. Enjoy your visit with friends!
The cigarette smoke is annoying. But, we probably won’t go inside any casino’s on this trip.
Thanksgiving in Las Vegas does sound exciting, but I imagine it’s a much different kind of excitement when you used to live there and are going solely to visit friends and family 🤗 Safe travels and have a wonderful Thanksgiving!
Thank you Tessa, hope you enjoy your Thanksgiving too!
Up to Gouda looks like a fun new cosy, I do like a good grilled cheese
Wishing you a great reading week and a happy thanksgiving
Thank you Shelleyrae! I hope you have a great week and a Happy Thanksgiving too!
Hello There!
Yes, I’m not one for gambling and drinking. The visiting sounds fun! Oh goodness – added Up To No Gouda and The Passing Storm to my TBR. Does anyone ever completely read their’s?
I don’t think so Patricia! Maybe one day…. Have a great week!
Las Vegas sounds good for Thanksgiving! Hope you guys have a good one. 🙂
Thank you Greg!
I want to visit Vegas, but we aren’t gamblers or drinkers either.
I have Up to No Gouda on my TBR; I have access to the e-arc from NetGalley. I have to find the time to read, as I have a couple of others ahead of it.
Thank you Pam, I hope you get the chance to visit Vegas one day. There is a lot to do here besides gambling and drinking. I hope we both enjoy Up to No Gouda!
I have not read any of these. This week I am reading Texas Christmas Revenge and listening to Falling for your Enemy by Emma St. Clair 🙂
Thank you Cindy. I want to read a book by Emma St. Claire, I’ve heard she’s so good.
I hope you have a fun Thanksgiving weekend in Las Vegas! 😀
Happy Thanksgiving to you Lark!
I’m a completely boring Vegas tourist as well! I don’t gamble either. I do drink but not like party drinking. I love my wine, lol! I’m still not sure what we’re doing for Thanksgiving yet. I hope to stay home. I’m tired, haha!
Have a happy Thanksgiving Rachel!
Enjoy your Thanksgiving visit to Las Vegas. I’m with you, I don’t gamble and drink very little. I would enjoy the visiting much more.
Thank you Carla!
