What I’m up to:
I had a tough week this week. The beginning of the week was difficult due to health issues in m family. But, it’s looking up now, and I hope things will be back to normal soon.
Last week I read:
Only one book was read this week. It was very good, it wasn’t as depressing as I thought it might be.
Next week I hope to get to:
I’ve read about half of Black Cake, and it’s very interesting, and so far I’m enjoying it.
What I watched:
My daughter and I watched all the Harry Potter movies on Christmas Day. It was nice and relaxing.

Super envious that you’ll be able to read Meet Me in the Margins. That’s one of my most anticipated for 2022. I hope it turns out to be a good read! I can’t wait to hear what you think of it.
Thanks! I’m really looking forward to it also!
I’m glad your family is doing better this week and that you had a relaxing holiday. This week my reading goals are to finish listening to The Reading List (I’m over 50% through) and to read Up to No Gouda, which I started this morning and am enjoying so far.
Glad your family is feeling better!
I really want to read Not the Witch You Wed, it looks good.
Thank you Alicia, I’m just about to start Not the Witch You Wed.
I hope you and your family are ok x Sounds like you had a lovely day with your daughter at Christmas 💕
Sorry to hear that health issues spoilt the first part of the week for you. Your Christmas Day certainly sounds relaxing. I have to confess that I have never seen any of the Harry Potter films. I always mean to but never get round to it for some reason. Hope that this week is a good week for you. XX
I’m so sorry things were so rough last week but I’m glad they are looking up now. Fingers-crossed for a wonderful new year, Wendy!
Meet me in margins sounds interesting. Happy reading!
I’m sorry to hear you’ve had to deal with family health issues! It’s stressful, right? We have some pending news about my husband’s father and it doesn’t sound like it’s going to be good news. Still, you never know. I hope things turn out positive for you and your family!
Thank you Rachel, I hope your news about your father in law isn’t too bad. Things here are already getting better.
I am sorry it has been such a rough week. I do hope things start to get better. Health issues are never any fun. Not the Witch You Wed sounds right up my alley. And Meet Me In the Margins is such a cute title. I hope you enjoy all your upcoming reads. A Harry Potter marathon sounds like a nice way to spend Christmas.
I hope you and your family have a better week!
Thank you! Things are already getting better. I hope you had a nice Christmas.
I am sorry to hear there have been some health issues in the family, I hope things get better. What a great idea for Christmas Day. I really need to rewatch Harry Potter, all of them, doing a binge to remember one to the next.
Thank you Carla, already things are much better. It was fun to watch Harry Potter as my daughter knows them so well and can recite many of the lines.
Sorry to hear the start of your week was difficult. Hopefully, things will improve and you have a good New Year’s!
Meet Me in the Margins looks adorable!
Thank you Jolene!
I hope your family feels better soon.
I must say that I’m I’m impressed with how often you blog. Wow!
Thank you Lydia, we’re already much better.
