What I’m up to:
I had a quiet week. The weather is really getting nice and I’m just so happy that spring is here!
Last week I read:
I did a fair amount of reading this week! My favorite was The Flatshare. But, they were all good books!
Next week I hope to get to:
What I watched:
Bridgerton season 2 is back! This series is visually stunning. The dresses, the flowers, the diversity, the sets, the locations, it’s all so beautiful to watch. I also love the music. The story is ok, a bit predictable, but it is a romance, I like the main characters, but I love the side characters the best.

I have watched the first five episodes of Bridgerton and agree with all your thoughts. I look forward to seeing Queen Charlotte’s hair, it just blows me away. I still need to read or listen to Flat Share, thanks for the reminder, Wendy.
I just started with Bridgerton last night. So excited!!
Wow! Great reading! I haven’t watched Bridgerton but the book that this season is based on is one of my favorites so I’ve been considering trying season 2. Have a wonderful week!
So glad you enjoyed The Flatshare! Can’t wait to hear what you think of The No-Show!
Dear Emmie Blue is still on my TBR, can’t wait to hear what you think of it.
Have a wonderful week!
Business Not as Usual is on my TBR, as well as a few others from your list! I’m watching Bridgerton right now too. I’m not loving it like I did the first season, but it is still fun to watch. Hope you have a good week!
I’m also planning to read The No-Show next week and also Business Not as Usual.
I don’t mind quiet weeks – that’s when I can get more reading in. I haven’t watched Bridgerton, but my friends in my book club are fanatics. Next on my list is Wheel of Time.
I am so ready for spring. And I hear good things about Bridgerton…
Cheers, Bridgerton season two! I started it today 🙂
I’m looking forward to your review of Flatshare. The title draws me in as does The Patron Saint of Second Chances. The cover of The No Show makes me want to read it! I hope the week to come gives you as much reading pleasure as last week.
So mention so many great books Wendy! Dear Emmie Blue is a favourite of mine and I hope that you enjoy it as much as I did. Have a great week!
Thank you, Jodie! I am about halfway through Dear Emmie Blue and loving it so far!
A quiet week with good weather is awesome. I normally enjoy Brenda Novak. Enjoy those new reads!
Anne – Books of My Heart This is my Sunday Post
Thank you, Anne!
Quiet week’s are nice, aren’t they? I love them. <3 I hope you enjoyed The Flatshare. It was my favorite read last year. I can't wait to read your review!
Thank you, Jenni. I did enjoy The Flatshare very much.
The Flatshare is on my TBR list. I am in Ohio for the weekend and it has been snowy and cold!
Have a great week, Cindy! I hope you’re having a good time in Ohio!
Glad that you enjoyed The Flatshare. It might be my favourite of her books. I’m hoping to watch Bridgerton sometime this week.
Have a great week’s reading😀
I hope you enjoy Bridgerton when you get to it!
You have the cutest header designs! Love them! I am also enjoying our spring weather! Though I’m limiting the books I’m adding onto my TBR, Summer on the Island and Girls of Flight City are there now! And how can one not want to read The Patron Sait of Second Chances and Dear Emmie Blue? Thank you for sharing!
Thank you, Patricia! I love finding new books on blogs too.
Glad you had a good reading week and hope next week’s turn out enjoyable too. I have a couple of reads I’m hoping to get to during the week–a short story collection by dostoevsky and a story set in the pre-independence andaman islands in india.
Those both sound good, Mallika! I hope you have a great week!
The next few days here are going to be warm and nice and I plan to spend a lot of time outside! I agree with you about liking the side characters better in S2 of Bridgerton than the main couple… which isn’t good in my opinion lol
Thank you, Carrie! Have fun outside!
Enjoy the nice weather! Glad you had a good reading week! 🙂
Thank you, Jolene! Hope you have a great week!
Quiet weeks are the best kind of weeks. Hope this week is wonderful!
Yes, they are! Thank you, Tessa
