These are all my challenges for 2023 (for now). Are you joining any challenges in 2023?

  2. Oooh good luck with those.

So far I’ve only set goodreads (50), an alphabet challenge, a cover rainbow, and a couple of genre challenges on storygraph… but I’ve opened up the historical, non-fiction and library challenges that you’ve linked to because I read a lot of all of those so I’m intrigued to see more! Thank you (I think? LOL)

  3. Looks we have quite a few challenges in common. The only one I’m not doing is the audio challenge…..I’m too random on that. I’ve got a couple more added on that seem like fun too. It’ll be fun following your success on the all the challenges as we make our way through lots of good books! 🙂

  4. I’m excited for Susan’s Bookish Books Reading Challenge! Though I’m only aiming for 11-20 books with that one myself. Good luck with all your challenges this year. 😀

  5. Very impressive goals! The earbuds being surgically implanted comment made me laugh. I feel that way sometimes. Good luck with your goals and have fun with your challenges. Can’t wait to see what you read!

  6. I’ll be doing Audio, Library and GoodReads with you so we can cheer each other on. The Bookish Books sounds like a fun-themed one. I used to do Historical Fiction. Great picks!

    Go get ’em, Wendy!

  7. WOW! I love the challenges that you chose. The multiple levels make it fun and provide readers with more flexibility. Good luck!

  8. I’m doing the GRs challenge like I usually do and the Audiobook Challenge. I should look into the library challenge especially since Anne is co-hosting it. Good luck with all your challenges!

  9. I am doing several of these, but haven’t done my sign up posts yet. I am interested in the Bookish Reads challenge. I love books about books, libraries and bookstores, so off to investigate and then get those sign up and tracking posts done. Good luck to you on all of these challenges. I hope you find lots of great books to fill in those spots, Wendy.

  10. I might have to sign up for that Historical Fiction challenge! Thus far, my only read challenge for 2023 is the Goodreads challenge and my goal is to read 52 books in 2023. My goal for last year was 75 and it was almost too much, so I’m lowering it down a bit.

  11. Best of luck with your challenges in 2023! Other than the Goodreads challenge (I’ve set my count at 52, but I’m sure I’ll read more than that), I am doing a Buzzwordathon challenge and a 5-4-3-2-1 challenge.

    Pam @ Read! Bake! Create!

  12. I don’t think of myself as doing any challenges, but for several years I have put a goal in Goodreads so I guess that is a challenge. My goal this year is 100 books. I don’t have any doubt, Wendy, that you will be able to complete all of your challenges and have fun doing them. Here’s to a great year of reading in 2023!

  13. I will be unofficially doing the nonfiction challenge, the library challenge, and the audiobook challenge, LOL, because I already do them. I also set my goal to 150 instead of 200 this year…partly because I will be working and partly because I want to try and tackle a few bigger/longer books. Good luck, Wendy, I am sure you will do well!

  14. Wow – your challenges are inspiring, Wendy! And you beat me by 100 books with the Goodreads Challenge last year, lol. Happy reading and listening!

  15. Hi there Wendy!

Wow, all of these sounds really good! I haven’t booked any challenges yet, will look at it next week when we are back home. But I think I’ll join the historical challenge!

  16. Okay, I freaking LOVE these challenges. I could probably blow through the goals for audiobooks and the library (since my primary method of reading is audiobooks from the library haha). It’d be fun to participate in some of these and see what happens. How fun!

  17. I’m so glad you’ll be joining me for the Bookish Books Reading Challenge! I’m excited about it. I considered the nonfiction reading challenge for this year, but I didn’t do very well with it last year, so I decided to skip it this go round. Maybe next year.

Good luck with all your challenges!

  18. That’s a lot of challenges Wendy! I’m doing the Goodreads, Audiobook and Library Love challenges this year. Good luck and have fun!

  19. Janette

I have the exact same challenges for the non fiction and the good reads challenges. I haven’t heard of a couple of these though.
Good Luck with all of these in 2023 X
