I listened to Lucy Barton and Strout’s short story collection and really loved both. I want to get this one and Oh William. They both look wonderful!
I loved Oh! William, and I have high hopes for this one.
I’ve never read one of Elizabeth Strout’s books, but I’ve heard such great things about them. I have her on my TBR and someday, I hope I can read one of her books.
She has a very different writing style that you either love… or not!
This is my intro to Elizabeth Strout. Sounds like the characters and situation are a strong draw.
Her writing is a bit different, so you either love her or don’t. I do, so I”m looking forward to this one.

I’ve yet to read a book that has to deal with the lockdown. I know I can read it, but I’m just not in the mood for them.
I can understand that. I don’t mind reading them myself, but I can understand why others don’t want to read them.
I know some people are hesitant to pick up reads that deal with the lockdown, but it’s so timely that it seems easily relatable in some ways.
I don’t mind reading about the lockdown, as it’s important to remember so we can appreciate not being locked down

I didn’t read the first two books in the series and I found the third book to be understandable. But, I think the background really helps.
